The 200 square feet old trailer got a major overhaul where he “added insulation and then built out a sleeping loft, a bathroom with a 32-inch shower, and a modern kitchen,” HouseBeautiful narrates. However, you have to build a bathroom outside because it has none. Also, judging by the size of the bed, it is designed for those who pursue a single life, maybe with a cat as a companion.
